Nevada Permanent Wedding Bundle Details

Whether you plan on officiating weddings in Las Vegas, Reno, or any other area in the Silver State, you'll want our Nevada Wedding Bundle.

Nevada has specific registration requirements for ministers, and this bundle will come with all the necessary paperwork to register there. All portions required to be filled out by the ULC will arrive pre-filled, and the included instruction sheet will help guide you through the rest of the process. All you'll need to do after completing the application is sign the verification page with a Notary present and mail in the documents along with your $25 application fee (check or money order).

• Your official Ordination Credential with our raised seal
• A notarized Letter of Good Standing
• A wedding officiant application form
• A notarized affadavit of authority to solemnize marriage
• A ULC marriage certificate
• An instruction sheet to help guide you to accurately complete and submit the paperwork

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Nevada requires a minimum of 30 days to process your wedding officiant application. If the wedding you plan on officiating will take place within 30 days you will not be able to solemnize the marriage as a ULC minister. The Affidavit of Authority requires your physical address, no P.O. Box addresses are allowed. The included application paperwork will need to be completed by you in order to register as a permenant officiant in Nevada.

You must be a resident of Nevada in order to apply for this special licence, which grants you the ability to perform more than five (5) weddings in the state per year. Residents of specific counties may also be required to complete online courses or submit other affadavits, so we always recommend contacting the County Clerk to whom the marriage licence will be submitted to ensure that all of the requirements have been met.

Clark County Officiants - The Clark County Clerk requires a separate registration process for ministers looking to officiate weddings in Clark County. You may be required to take an online course and pay a fee in order to complete registration in Clark County; the Nevada Permanent Wedding Bundle for Clark County will include all your documentation as well as a separate Clark County application form. This form does not require an affadavit of authority. If you are not a resident of Nevada or don't plan on officiating more than five (5) weddings within Nevada, the Nevada Temporary Wedding Bundle may be a better option, and can also be found in our online catalog.
